Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within the specified return period after delivery. Depending on the situation, we may request photos or other supporting information to help process your return request.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, you may receive a replacement, store credit, or a refund through the original payment method, depending on the circumstances. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Certain personalized, customized, perishable, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
